DSC Auto Parts ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect: name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
How we use it: to process and deliver your order, provide customer support, and — only with your consent — send you offers and updates.
Sharing: we only share information with couriers and payment processors necessary to fulfil your order. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Returns Policy (Draft)

Change of mind: in line with the Consumer Protection Act, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is for the customer's account unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items: report within 7 days of receipt with photos to returns@dscautoparts.co.za. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items: electrical components once installed, custom or special-order parts, and opened consumables.
Refund timing: approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
